Have the app actually do something — what kind of bs is that? i love the app, and i’m a paying subscriber who’s used it on and off and even recommended it to friends. but letting me download an app from the mac app store that only opens a landing page is infuriating. then when i click “check out the latest version,” it just opens another landing-page advertisement. wtf is going on? no functionality, just ad after ad after ad. it’s like a russian nesting doll of bs. i hope you step on a lego in the dark. i hope you stub your toe on a coffee table in the middle of the night. i hope your firstborn grows up to be a successful adult, and on his wedding day, while walking down the aisle to the love of his life, he gets a pebble in his shoe and his sock falls down inside it — and it bothers him the entire ceremony. anyway, i’m not actually that mad. i just wanted to waste your time reading this like you wasted mine downloading that steaming pile you have the nerve to put on the app store. oh, and screw you for making me sign up just to send feedback. when i tried signing up with gmail, it failed twice, and on the third try when it finally worked, it deleted this whole comment. thankfully i was smart enough to copy it before starting that process. even your feedback system is broken. and finally, here’s my one piece of genuine feedback: please add the ability to bulk download shorts instead of having to do it one by one — it takes forever. also, your app has gotten way worse at converting 16:9 to 9:16 based on the subject. it’s failed the last 4–5 times i’ve tried, even when i shot with the subject dead center. the app has gone waaaaaay downhill.
