Edit - Replace Clip and Automatically Add Captions

During editing, you may want to replace or add a clip. Right now, you have to essentially start over with a new project as once the captions are applied, there's no way to go back.

Ability to better improve and adjust timing on the Desktop app. Ex: It would be nice to lock in place certain words or adjust the timing of certain words instead of just trimming down the phrase at end of bar for more accuracy.
