It would be extremely helpful to have the same functionality as in the mobile app, where you can replace a video file while keeping the existing subtitles.

Right now, if I make small adjustments to my video, I always have to generate the subtitles from scratch. Since my native language is not recognized very well, it takes a lot of extra time and effort to correct them every time. Being able to just replace the video and keep the subtitles would save a huge amount of work.
