I need to be able to make videos on different devices. Now I cant see videos made on 1 device on the other device. Also need the custom captions to be available on all devices.

I will be stopping the service because of this and just using Davinici resolve for subtitles. You guys are really close to having a good product, but losing my projects multiple times is not acceptable. Thanks!

Projects need to sync between locations/ browsers/ saved to the app/ desktop!!!

I feel the mobile app is far superior to the web-app, but for a user like me - I prefer to use the Web-app specially because I am an Video Editor who uses Captions purely for it's accurate time stamp captioning, I however prefer the mobile version to tweak custom caption settings and other features.

It's just extra steps for me to get the video on my mobile, upload it to captions, get the job done and then back to my laptop for some extra finishing touches on the edit.

is crazy that if i create a video in desktop i dont show this on tablet or phone and vice versa. the data must be in cloud and i need to take it every where .....

We really love what this site is turning into, but there are a few necessary features we are looking for before we convert to your platform. (1) Undo: We need this feature on desktop. (2) Cloud: We need to be able to access archived or deleted content on desktop. (3) Multi-Desktop Access: I need to have access to my projects from any desktop that I log into. (4) Shared Projects: We collaborate in teams of up to 10 people, I would request a feature where multiple team members can collaborate on the same project simultaneously. (5) Long-Form Content: I understand that a 2 hour video would require a longer upload and transcript waiting process, but you would save us hours if we could develop long-form content on your platform. (6) Recemented Short-Form Content: Vidyo.ai has a feature that analyzes long videos and recommends short-form clips. This is the only advantage Vidyo.ai has over you, but I think your platform would be incredible as an all-in-on tool if you incorporated a similar feature with your platform. I want Captions to be the Canva of video editing.
