I’ve been a loyal user of Captions for a long time and heavily rely on the AI Edit feature, especially on Android. On May 4th, 2025, I was shocked to find that the AI Edit feature disappeared from the Android app — just one day after I upgraded to the MAX plan to enjoy better flexibility.
As a mobile-first content creator, this feature was essential for quick, smart edits on the go. It truly felt like a lightning strike when it was suddenly removed. I sincerely hope the AI Edit feature can return to Android and, if possible, be extended to allow edits up to 3 minutes. This would give us mobile users greater flexibility and creative freedom.
